This page describes the standards TamBiri applies against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Contact: tambiridestek@outlook.com.
TamBiri is for people aged 18 and over only. Any content, behaviour or communication related to child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) is strictly prohibited.
When such material is found, the account is closed without warning, the content is removed and, where the law requires it, the case is reported to the authorities.
A date of birth is required at sign-up and accounts that appear to belong to someone under 18 are not created.
Accounts found to have misstated their age are closed.
The optional verification selfie confirms that the account belongs to a real person.
Uploaded photos and written text pass through an automatic filter; suspicious content is held for human review before it is published.
Reported content is hidden from other users until a decision is made.
A profile that receives several reports in a short period is automatically removed from discovery and reviewed.
In the app: open a profile, use the menu in the top right and choose "Report profile"; the reasons include "May be under 18".
Posts and comments can be reported from their own menus, and the chat screen offers reporting and blocking.
Outside the app: write to tambiridestek@outlook.com. Putting "Child safety" in the subject speeds up the review.
Law enforcement and competent authorities can send CSAE related requests to tambiridestek@outlook.com.
