You can permanently delete your account in the app: go to Settings > Delete my account and confirm.
Deletion cannot be undone and starts as soon as you confirm.
If you lost your phone or uninstalled the app, send an email titled "Account deletion request" to tambiridestek@outlook.com from the address registered on your account.
We verify your identity and delete the account within 30 days at the latest, then confirm by replying to the same address.
Your profile, photos, prompt answers and voice recordings.
Your matches, likes and messages.
Your notification records and device tokens.
Your location data and discovery preferences.
Subscription and purchase event records are kept for one year; invoices are issued and retained by Google Play.
Reports and moderation records are kept for one year so that repeated violations can be assessed.
If you uploaded a verification selfie it is deleted automatically one year after the decision.
Product event and error logs may be kept for statistics after the link to your account is removed.
Deleting your account does not cancel your Google Play subscription. Cancel it separately under Google Play > Payments and subscriptions.
