You must be at least 18 years old. You declare this when you register; if the opposite is established your account is closed and your data deleted.
One account per person. The information you provide must be accurate and current; you may not use someone else’s photo, name or identity.
Anyone whose account has been permanently closed may not open a new one.
The account is for personal use only: not for commercial promotion and not on behalf of someone else.
Keeping your credentials safe is your responsibility. Tell us at tambiridestek@outlook.com immediately if you think your account has been used without permission.
The following are strictly prohibited:
• Nudity, sexual or obscene imagery.
• Harassment, threats, insults, hate speech, discrimination.
• Any content involving people under 18. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation content and report it to the authorities.
• Fake profiles, using someone else’s photos, hiding your identity or impersonating others.
• Spam, advertising, requests for money, fraud, redirection to other platforms, escort or similar commercial offers.
• Content involving violence, weapons, drugs or illegal activity.
• Publishing, recording or taking another member’s information, photos or messages outside the app without permission.
• Using automated tools, reverse engineering the app or attempting to bypass security measures.
These rules apply to your profile, your posts, group chats and private messages alike.
The photos, videos, text and voice recordings you upload remain yours. You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free and non-transferable licence to display, store, resize and technically process them so that the service can work. The licence ends when you delete the content; removal from backups and technical logs may take a short while.
This licence exists only to run the service: we do not use your content in advertising, sell it or license it to third parties.
The TamBiri name, logo and interface belong to us and may not be used without permission.
Every profile photo and discovery post is reviewed by a human before publication; until approved it is visible only to you. Texts also pass through a word filter on the server.
If you break the rules your content may be removed, your profile may be temporarily hidden from discovery or your account may be closed permanently. Serious violations (child abuse content, threats, fraud) lead to immediate closure without warning.
We tell you the reason for any enforcement in the app. If you believe the decision is wrong you can appeal at tambiridestek@outlook.com and we will answer within 30 days.
Premium subscriptions and one-off packs (Boost, Super Like, direct message) are sold only through Google Play. The current price, duration and contents are shown on the purchase screen including taxes.
A Premium subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled. Cancel from Google Play > Payments and subscriptions; your benefits stay active until the end of the current period.
Right of withdrawal: because the service starts immediately at purchase, the statutory right of withdrawal for digital services does not apply once performance has begun, which you confirm on the purchase screen. Your statutory rights for defective service remain unaffected.
Refunds follow Google Play’s refund policy first; if Google does not handle your case, write to tambiridestek@outlook.com.
Premium granted as a gift by the founder ends automatically when the stated period is over and gives no right to a refund.
If prices change we tell you in the app at least 30 days before they take effect; you can cancel if you do not accept the change.
We keep developing the app; features may change, be added or be removed, and maintenance may cause temporary interruptions.
If we make a material change to these terms we tell you in the app and by email at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept it; if you do not, you can delete your account.
If we have to discontinue all or part of the service we give at least 30 days’ notice and refund periods you paid for but did not receive.
TamBiri is a dating platform; we do not verify members’ statements or check their background. Selfie verification only shows that the profile photo belongs to that person; it is not an identity, criminal record or marital status check.
You are responsible for your contact and meetings with people you meet here. We recommend meeting in a public place, not sharing your address or financial details, reporting anyone who asks for money and telling someone you trust where you are going.
To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages or for damages arising from relationships between members. Liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence and mandatory consumer rights is unaffected.
You can pause or permanently delete your account from inside the app at any time. Deletion cannot be undone and starts as soon as you confirm it.
Deleting your account does not cancel your Google Play subscription; cancel that separately through Google Play.
We may close your account for serious breaches of these terms; in that case any unused subscription period is refunded.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
If you are a consumer in Türkiye you may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court at your place of residence.
If you live outside Türkiye, the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country are unaffected: the rights they give you and your ability to go to the courts of your own country remain.
